The “Women’s Yoga” course of 8 thematic sessions will allow you to work with the most important areas of female physiology and provide effective tools for restoring the level of subtle energy.

Each lesson consists of a lecture on physiology, energy and spiritual aspects of a woman’s development (30 min) and a specialized Hatha Yoga complex (90 min).

1st lesson – practice “Soft dynamics”;
2nd lesson – specialized practice for the feet;
3rd lesson – practice for stretching the back surface of the legs;
4th lesson – practice for the lumbar spine;
5th lesson – work with deep abdominal muscles and internal organs;
6th lesson – practice for opening the diaphragm;
7th lesson – relaxing practice “Yoga for eyes and face” with elements of drishti and trataka techniques;
8th lesson – alignment and balancing of the pelvis, strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor.

All classes are directly related to improving the functions of the female body, including the health of the pelvic organs.
Practices are suitable for women of all ages.
