As part of the classes, various soothing, relaxing and balancing pranayamas are analyzed. Techniques that help develop mindfulness, awareness, and relieve accumulated stress during the day. They will help you calm your mind and prepare for sleep.

As part of the course, we will master and perform such techniques as:

  • full yogic breathing,
  • ujjayi breath,
  • breath holding (adapted for beginners, in a safe version),
  • nadi-shodhana (alternate breathing: cleansing and calming).
